Mr. Cuong graduated as an engineer from the University of Civil Engineering with a major in water supply and drainage and has more than 25 years of experience managing water supply and wastewater projects in the southern region of Vietnam.

Mr. Minh has 28 years of experience participating in the development and management of large-scale projects in Vietnam such as Phu My 1 Combined Cycle Thermal Power Project, Nhat Tan Bridge Construction Project, Intensive Industrial Park Project for Housing Japanese investment in BRVT. Mr. Minh has 20 years of experience managing mid-sized businesses (from 500 to 1000 employees) in Vietnam and 15 years of experience developing 'new business projects' in Vietnam.

Mr. Bay graduated from Polytechnic University with a major in construction and has 25 years of experience managing construction projects in the Binh Duong area. Mr. Bay has participated in construction projects such as building the Ben Cat district headquarters

Mr. Thang has experience in implementation

1. Package: Construction of water supply pipelines No. 1 and 3 under Project: Eastern water supply pipeline network and Go Cong booster pump station.

2. Package: Construction of water supply pipeline No. 2 under Project: Eastern water supply pipeline network and Go Cong booster pump station.

Ms. Trang has experience implementing:

1. Package No. 03A: Construction of pipeline network and pumping stations in area 1

Mr. Khanh has experience in implementation

1. Bidding package: Providing remaining materials and constructing works under the Project: Installing level 1 pipeline on Nguyen Dinh Chieu street (from Dien Bien Phu bridge to Cong Hoa intersection).
